Teeyan Da Mela is a special event conducted only for ladies. This is one of the “Canadian Largest Mega Events” organized by Watno Dur every year, ever since 2004. Teeyan Da Mela is celebrated on the occasion of Mother’s day as a tribute to all mothers.
Teeyan Da Mela is the famous Indian Tradition which means happiness, prosperity, and well-being. In India, young unmarried and newly married women come together to celebrate this festival. Teeyan is a dance festival mostly celebrated by women in Punjab.
